Enjoy the convenience and savings of staying on campus! A block of rooms has been reserved in The Gage Towers and West Coast Suites at Walter Gage Residence, within easy walking distance of the conference venues. We encourage you to book early for best selection, as a limited number of the following room types are being held for the conference at the special group rate until July 15, 2005. Reservations made after July 15, 2005, will be subject to availability and the group rate cannot be guaranteed.

Shared Apartments: A private bedroom in a 4 bedroom (Premium) apartment suite in one of three 17-story towers, many rooms with spectacular views. Guests in each suite share a living area, kitchenette (no utensils) and washroom facilities. Daily housekeeping service. High speed Internet connections available.

Premium Single: $49 CDN (~$38 US) *
Single bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment; telephones in all bedrooms, television in lounge area.

Private Suites: Located in a 4-story building, all units have a fully equipped kitchenette, private washroom, telephone, television. Daily housekeeping service. High-speed Internet connections available.

Studio Suite: $89 CDN (~$69 US)*
Single occupancy; bed/sitting area with one twin (single) bed.

One-Bedroom Suite: $119 CDN (~$92 US)*
Double occupancy; separate bedroom with queen bed.

West Coast Suites (view photos): Spacious one-bedroom suites located in a 3-story building, with two twin (single) beds in the bedroom, one queen sofa-bed or Murphy-bed in living room. All units have a fully equipped kitchenette, private washroom, telephone and television. Daily housekeeping service. Wireless Internet connectivity available.

$136 CDN (~$105 US)* double occupancy; $15 per additional person to maximum occupancy of 4 persons.

* All rates are in Canadian dollars, are per night, and are subject to applicable taxes, currently 8% Provincial Hotel Tax (PHT) and 7% Goods and Services tax (GST). Rates do not include meals.
